Our neighbour’s new puppy Zoe is growing by leaps and bounds! And she’s always leaping and bounding actually!

BlackStrap Molasses – a very important ingredient in these cookies. The tulips have since gone but the molasses has not run out!

 

This made me LOL last night. My husband knew I was finishing up my post about the ginger sandwich cookies I made from the new Lick Your Plate cookbook. He asked when I’d make them again and I said I had to find some more blackstrap molasses before I could. He left the house early to pick up our daughter and when he came home presented me with this big honking tub of blackstrap, flowers and a “pretty please”? Too funny!
