For the last 26 days I have been dipping my toe in the great sea of blogging. I am participating in a challenge with 14 other people to post one a day. It’s a lot like writing a diary but cooler and out where everyone can read it.

There have been days when I’ve been panicking 2 minutes before midnight to post the link (Yummy-numnums) on our shared Facebook group page. Then again, I recently wrote an entire post while waiting for a tire store to open one morning at the butt crack of dawn, (Trapped)

I’ve explored emotions including loss, grief, excitement, fearnostalgia, and self-discovery.

I even experimented with a couple of cooking blogs: Attention Picky Eaters, and Home Made Irish Cream.

I’ve been privileged to host several guest writters this month who have shared their homes and memories with us –

The bloggers I have been keeping up with have taught me so much about blogging. I have enjoyed reading their pages about all sorts of topics including:

commenting: www.3chickensandaboat.com

rescheduling: www.momdadandcuppakids.com

humour: www.talesfromthepoopdeck.com

tradition: www.freelancemama.ca

resolve: www.thebigtodolist.com

advice: www.askmamamoe.com

rabbit food: www.positivelypatty.com

gratitude: www.commoncentsmom.com

crinkles: www.momparadigm.com

camouflage: www.whineandcheese.ca

generousity: www.creativecynchronicity.com

birthdays: www.theinspiredhome.org

I have come to several conclusions about blogging – the most important that the people involved in it are generous with their advice, willing to help solve problems, and as creative as they are all different.

Thanks to all of you for coming with me on this journey.
